Honyakawa!!

This Digital Ehon can tell parents a new way of enjoying “Kawaii(cute)” by adding “Kawaii” to “honyarara(something, adjectives)”.This aim to make readers feel heartwarming slightly and simply by adding “Kawaii” to a little word and just seeing that with its picture. For example, a generally negative word like “Kusai(stinky)” could be felt as “Kawaii” more specifically and a littel more than “Kawaii” as usual by conecting with the word “Kawaii”. This app aim to be a Digital Ehon taht can make parents feel a little bit new “Kawaii” and take various values with a smile.

Thank you for giving us such a wonderful prize this time!This project,”Team Warera”, consists of four members.Excuse me for being personal, but my daughter was born in Aughst 2011, and this project is based on my thinking with my love to my douther and our members expanded this idea. This prize is encouraging us for our futere activitiy because each member of us are doing activity in music, poetry and picuter book. We think that it has so much meaning for children to tell them what “fun” is. We want to spread colors with warmth on our daily lives by our own ways, and we hope that many Digital Ehon like that would be made in the future.

“Honyakawa!!”, which is based on the idea from the proposer’s experience with his 5 mouth baby, proposes finding a new veiwpoint of one word to children.Though it is important to find a right word, unexpected combination of words with an enjoyable nuance seems to stimulate creativity. The visual design suits this concept is brilliant! This time, a key of the project is “Kawaii”, but there is possibility that it could be the series product for sale with selecting another word.
