Taking inspiration from music creation tools, using Looom feels more like playing an instrument than operating software – exploring lines, shapes and colors through loopable time and rhythm.

This app allows you to easily create hand-drawn loop animations while having fun playing with it like a toy. I thought it was great that children’s free ideas could be turned into lovely However, the app was designed with as little explanation as possible, so it took some time for some people to get used to it, which divided the vote and resulted in the runner-up award.（Masashi Kawamura）
